Blood of Kings will involve all those who are interested in art, community, history and politics. Viewers will be inspired by three artists of singular vision and expression, who hail from distinctly different generations, yet who feel connected as each follows a path through the jungle that is life; a personal path to Aztlan marked by the blood of kings.

About the Filmmaker: Jay Goldstein wrote, produced and directed A Life on Canvas the story of one of California’s best known watercolor artists, Milford Zornes and was executive producer of Changing Culture of the Workplace an 8 part series shown on PBS. Jay also worked on Ticket to Hollywood and The Hollywood Chronicles hosted by Jackie Cooper. He is the recipient of numerous awards including The Bronze Apple, The National Educational Media Network Award, International CINDY Award, Paragon Award and the ACE Award for his work for the American Cancer Society.
